Job Description

  • Interact with customers via LiveChat to provide information and assistance.
  • Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – maintain confidentiality of customer information at all time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O”Level in any field.
  • Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
  • We are looking for individuals that have excellent command of spoken and written Chinese.
  • Willing to work in shift rotations (9am-6pm & 12pm-9pm).
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
