Customer Service Executive (Chinese Speaking)
- Interact with customers via LiveChat to provide information and assistance.
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – maintain confidentiality of customer information at all time.
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O”Level in any field.
- Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
- We are looking for individuals that have excellent command of spoken and written Chinese.
- Willing to work in shift rotations (9am-6pm & 12pm-9pm).
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
